We offer Free Storm Damage Roof Inspections.
Do I have to pay for an estimate?
Most estimates do require a refundable fee, if we replace your roof. Depending on the roof some can be done at no charge. Interior & Exterior Renovations / Remodels do require a fee. Which is deducted if the estimate is approved and Gomez does the work.
Will the insurance company pay for my shingle upgrade?
Insurance companies pay to replace what you presently have.
Upgrades are paid by the homeowner unless it’s a code issue.
Depending on your policy code issues can be the insurance company’s responsibility.
